We Are Hiring! - Designer/CNC Programmer. (UPDATE: POSITION FILLED)

We're excited to announce that we're currently recruiting for a Designer/CNC Programmer to join our team!

This position is essential to our business as we've seen a significant increase in demand for our custom-built cabinets. With our CNC machine up and running, we need someone who can help us streamline our design processes and take on more projects.

As our Designer/CNC Programmer, you'll work alongside our existing design team to plan custom-built cabinets using SolidWorks.

You'll visit customers' homes to survey and take dimensions and convert those dimensions into 3D designs.

You'll also render these designs into photo-realistic images and present them to customers, liaising with them to determine their requirements and making any necessary alterations.

In addition to the design process, you'll also be responsible for producing manufacturing drawings, keeping customer records up-to-date using our CRM system, and creating nesting programs using our CNC programming software, Vectrics.

You'll also be responsible for purchasing materials for projects, researching projects, and developing our design processes.

The successful candidate will be a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience in furniture design and ideally CNC programming, as well as knowledge of SolidWorks.

We're looking for someone who's passionate about design and CNC programming and wants to make a real impact on our business. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a group of talented craftsmen in a dynamic and growing business.

If you're interested in applying for this position or learning more about it, please visit our website or contact us directly. We look forward to hearing from you!
