Now we take everything we have discussed during our design consultation and infuse it into a bespoke kitchen design just for you.
This is a complimentary kitchen and design service and a fantastic way for you to see your vision materialise in the form of high quality 2D plans and 3D renders.
We also give you a personalised quote for your kitchen, so that you can clearly see where your money will go.
Once you see the initial kitchen design, you might want to change or iterate things. That’s great! We will tweak your kitchen plan until you are delighted with the result.

Once you are happy with the initial plans, we take a 30% deposit fee before moving on to the next step.

We will now book a home visit appointment at your convenience. The appointment takes around an hour in your home.
During the appointment, we will accurately measure and check all the dimensions for your project.
We will also look over any trades work that might need doing for example electrics, plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating.
As an end-to-end service provider, we take care of all trades work for you. In this way, you have complete peace of mind that your project is in expert hands.
You also have a singular point of contact should you ever need anything … no more chasing different tradespeople!
The best thing about this appointment is that we bring all the samples for your project to you. You can see, touch and feel all these lovely samples to get a feel for your future bespoke kitchen. It’s a fantastic way to decide exactly what materials you love and want in your dream space.

Now that we have all the accurate measurements with us, we will create and send you the final bespoke kitchen and design plans.
Take this opportunity to go over all the colours, materials and other details that you have asked us to include in your dream kitchen.
Once you are delighted with the result, we will ask you to sign off these plans. Only then will we take a further 30% payment towards your project.
Now we order the materials for your kitchen to be delivered to our workshop.
Any significant changes after the sign-off might incur further charges.

Now we test-assemble your entire kitchen in our workshop, down to the smallest details like drawers, hinges and doors.
We even do a test-fit for your appliances to ensure that your kitchen sits exactly how you have envisioned it.
Once everything has been test-assembled to our scrupulous standards, we pack your kitchen. The smaller kitchen units remain assembled. Any large units are carefully flat-packed so we can smoothly carry everything through your doors.
Our kitchen fitters can’t wait to get started! Our hard work in the workshop ensures that your kitchen is not only precisely finished but ready to be rapidly installed on site too.

Once your kitchen is delivered on site, our installers arrive just in time to hit the ground running.
Our project managers are also busy coordinating all the other trades to ensure all your kitchen work is coming along as smoothly and efficiently as possible within the given timeframe.
Before long, our kitchen fitters and installers are done and your brand-new bespoke kitchen is ready!

Once your bespoke kitchen is installed, we tidy away all our tools and any rubbish. We also give your space a thorough clean.
You will receive all the appliance brochures and care instructions at this stage.
Your absolute delight is our highest priority, so we make sure you are happy with everything that we’ve done.
Only when you are truly satisfied with our work do we ask you to pay us the remaining 40%.

It is perfectly normal to come across a few snags during this time. Does a hinge feel a bit stiff, or perhaps you’d like to learn a bit more about how a new appliance works? It’s a good idea to make a list of these things and keep it handy.
Around two to three weeks after installation, we will come over to sort out any snags and answer any questions you might have about using your new kitchen.
With your permission, we might also arrange for a professional photoshoot of your beautiful new kitchen. This means you get a free catalogue of high-quality photographs to proudly display and share with family and friends!
